These very first couple paragraphs I summarize why poker is perceived as 'unsafe'. Below, starting in the 3rd paragraph, are my safe recommendations (10+ years in this wild trade). In July 2010, HR2267 was introduced and ever since many other costs to manage poker by Federal U.S. government were promoted. None have passed the Feds yet but state governments New Jersey, Delaware, Nevada and Pennsylvania up until now, have penned poker legal online. When a Federal expense eventually passes the capacity, Senate, and signed into law by the President, completely legal online poker, certified and controlled in the US, will be right around the corner and not simply by a few states on a state-by-state basis.
